Explained the mechanisms for the stairlift to work appropriately, safely and make of it a reliable source of moving in my house, from one floor to another. I did the first ride while he was observing letting me know how it works. I thought that it would be noisy but, it rides very quietly. “We switched my son to this center a few months ago, after feeling like he was not getting as much out of his previous daycare as we had hoped. We love it here! The initial switch was hard for him, but the teachers have been amazing, and I can tell they truly care about him. I can also tell my son enjoys his time there! The progression we have seen in his development is amazing! He has become so much more social and his little personality is… really starting to come out. The updates we receive daily show that he is actually learning and socializing with other children his age, and it is also reflected with his behavior at home and out in public. “When finding a new place to move, Plum Tree came up in an advertisement, and I called to get more info. Jason, the manager helped get me in almost immediately; and was able to get me into a nice little three-bedroom unit. I can see how hard Jason is working to clean up these apartments and make them a good place for everyone to live. When you have a family, that is all you want. Safety, space, security, and a good quality of life. I know that… this is no easy task, and I appreciate the steps being taken to make the community an amazing place to live. I enjoy all of my neighbors, they are kind and watch out for one another. The most important aspect here to me; is that I live somewhere that we are valued as residents- if you speak to Jason- he will make sure your concerns are heard, and that you are taken seriously. “Our installation was flawless. It was scheduled for 1/26 but we received a call for an installation on 1/23 which we were happy to accept. The gentlemen that installed our stair lift were efficient, kind and very thorough in explaining how the lift was to be operated. We would be glad to give them a 10+. They told my husband that they were very happy to be employed by 101 Mobility.”
